Shah Alam, February 9th, 2024 – In a gesture of support and oversight, the Shah Alam City Datuk Bandar, Yang Berbahagia Tuan Ir. Haji Cheremi Bin Haji Tarman, visited the construction site of the “CADANGAN KERJA-KERJA PEMBAIKAN TANAH MENDAP DI LOT PANGSAPURI INDAHRIA NO 4 (SEBAHAGIAN LOT 6,7,8) TAMAN IMPIANA, JALAN BATU 3-SUNGAI BULOH, SEKSYEN 22, SHAH ALAM” project on Friday, February 9th, 2024.
Welcomed with enthusiasm by the project team, led by Project Manager, Mr. Ts Abd Razif Bin Abd Malek, Yang Berbahagia Datuk Bandar and delegation from the Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA) commenced their visit at 3pm. The session commenced with a comprehensive project briefing provided by the project team. This briefing covered the project’s background, its current progress, and notably, the utilization of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in streamlining project delivery processes.
Following the briefing, Yang Berbahagia Datuk Bandar and delegations were escorted on a guided tour around the construction site, located in Seksyen 22, Shah Alam. This allowed them first-hand insight into the ongoing works and the meticulous attention to detail exercised by the project team.
The event concluded at 5 pm with a group photo session, capturing the memorable occasion, and a heartfelt appreciation plaque ceremony. Ikram Works Sdn Bhd presented an appreciation plaque to Yang Berbahagia Tuan Ir. Haji Cheremi Bin Haji Tarman, expressing gratitude for his visit and continued support.
