Kajang, July 30th, 2024 – IKRAM Works Sdn Bhd (IWSB) welcomed a delegation from Yayasan Pelajaran MARA (YPM) to their HQ office in Kajang. The visit aimed to foster understanding between the two organizations and explore potential future collaborations.
The event commenced with an introduction by the moderator, Mr. Mohd Farhan Hasan, who warmly welcomed the guests from YPM and outlined the event’s agenda. Following this, the CEO of IWSB, Dato’ Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Taufik Bin Haron, delivered an opening speech, expressing his honor at hosting the YPM delegation and his eagerness for potential business collaborations.
Next, the moderator introduced Tuan Zainal Rashid Zakaria, Senior Director of YPM Fund Development Department, to give a speech. Tuan Zainal expressed his gratitude for the hospitality extended by IWSB and highlighted the importance of the visit.
The event proceeded with a presentation by Mr. Mohd Farhan Hasan, who provided an overview of IWSB’s company profile and core business operations. This was followed by a presentation from Tuan Zainal Rashid Zakaria, who discussed YPM’s core values, initiatives, and commitment to supporting B40 (bottom-tier households that have an income of below RM 4,850) students in primary and secondary schools. He emphasized the need for collaboration across sectors to contribute to YPM’s ongoing programs aimed at enhancing educational opportunities for these students.
The event concluded with a group photo session, marking the beginning of what promises to be a fruitful partnership between IWSB and YPM.
