KAJANG, 20 August 2026 – IKRAM Works Sdn. Bhd. welcomed a delegation from Saznor Dynamic Sdn. Bhd., together with Puncak Menara Global Sdn. Bhd., to IKRAM Headquarters for a technical presentation and strategic discussion on innovative soil stabilisation and infrastructure maintenance solutions.

The session, titled “Strategic Collaboration for Soil Stabilisation Solution,” was organised as a platform for both parties to exchange technical knowledge, evaluate the suitability and potential applications of the proposed technologies, and explore opportunities for strategic collaboration in infrastructure and development projects.

The Saznor Dynamic delegation was led by its Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Hj. Sazaly Bin Hassan, accompanied by Muhammad Hareez Bin Dato’ Hj. Sazaly, Chief Operating Officer; Sheikh Ali Bin Sheikh Hussin, Head of Commercial & Corporate Affairs; and Mohd Ali Bin Abd Azizi from Puncak Menara Global Sdn. Bhd.

The programme commenced with a welcoming speech by Dato’ Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Taufik Bin Haron, Chief Executive Officer of IKRAM Works Sdn. Bhd., followed by an opening speech by Dato’ Hj. Sazaly Bin Hassan. IKRAM Works subsequently presented an overview of its capabilities and areas of expertise before Saznor Dynamic delivered its technical presentation.

A key highlight of the session was the introduction of two proposed solutions, namely SMART E II and Rapid Pothole Patching (RPP). SMART E II is a Vinyl Acrylic Co-Polymer soil stabiliser developed to enhance soil performance through improved particle bonding, moisture resistance and surface durability. The material penetrates the soil matrix and, during the drying process, forms a resin-like bond between soil particles. This mechanism offers potential applications in improving the stability and performance of suitable soil-based infrastructure and development works.

The second solution, Rapid Pothole Patching (RPP), is a high-performance repair system designed to provide fast, durable and more sustainable rehabilitation of potholes. The system utilises a proprietary geopolymer binder comprising industrial by-products combined with graded crushed gravel and silica sand. It is designed for application on both asphalt concrete and cement concrete surfaces across operating temperatures ranging from 0°C to 50°C.

The technical presentations were followed by a discussion between IKRAM Works and the visiting delegation on the potential application, technical assessment and possible validation of the proposed solutions. The parties also exchanged views on how their respective technical capabilities and industry experience could be leveraged to develop mutually beneficial opportunities for future infrastructure and development projects.

The engagement reflects IKRAM Works’ continued commitment to exploring innovative engineering technologies, sustainable construction solutions and industry collaboration that can contribute towards improved infrastructure performance, efficiency and long-term asset sustainability.

The session concluded with both parties expressing positive interest in continuing the technical engagement and further exploring suitable areas for potential strategic collaboration.
