Kuala Lumpur, July 14th, 2024 – In a significant move towards advancing construction technology integration, IKRAM Works Sdn Bhd (IWSB) and VirtualField Sdn Bhd (VFSB) convened at a ceremony on July 4th, 2024, to formalize a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The event, held at VFSB’s headquarters in Bangsar South, marked a pivotal moment as both companies pledged collaboration in three key areas: Project Execution, Building Information Modelling (BIM) Implementation, and Training for Skills Development.
The MoU aims to foster closer ties between IWSB and VFSB, leveraging VFSB’s robust expertise in Architecture, Civil & Structural, and Mechanical & Electrical disciplines underpinned by their Integrated Development 3D Workflow Environment (IDWE) platform. Meanwhile, IWSB brings to the table its leadership in Geo Technical & Geo-Engineering; Pavement, Highway, & Transportation Engineering; Structural Testing & Appraisal; Construction Engineering; Certification of Products; and Technical & Professional Training.

This was followed by an official signing of the MoU, symbolizing a commitment to collaborative project planning, execution, and the development of joint training programs to elevate industry standards.
