KAJANG, 8 August 2026 – IKRAM Works Sdn. Bhd. (IWSB) successfully organised the Inter-IKRAM Bowling Tournament 2026 at Lite Superbowl, Metro Point Kajang, bringing together almost 200 employees from across the IKRAM group for a lively day of friendly competition, camaraderie and team bonding.
The tournament featured 16 teams representing IKRAM subsidiaries, namely IKRAM Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. (IESSB), IKRAM Premier Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (IPCSB), IKRAM Paves Sdn. Bhd. (IPSB), IKRAM QA Services Sdn. Bhd. (IQASSB), and IKRAM Engineering Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (IECSB).
The programme commenced at approximately 10.00 a.m. with an opening address and official launch by the Chief Executive Officer of IKRAM Works Sdn. Bhd., Dato’ Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Taufik bin Haron. To symbolically mark the opening of the tournament, Dato’ Mohd Taufik delivered the ceremonial first bowl, setting the stage for an exciting competition among all participating teams.
Throughout the tournament, the bowling alley was filled with enthusiasm, cheers and strong team spirit as employees from different subsidiaries, departments, professional backgrounds and levels of seniority came together in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. Beyond the competition, the programme provided an important platform for employees to strengthen relationships, enhance communication and foster greater collaboration across the IKRAM group.
The vibrant atmosphere demonstrated that meaningful employee engagement extends beyond the workplace. Through recreational activities such as the Inter-IKRAM Bowling Tournament, IKRAM continues to nurture a positive organisational culture founded on teamwork, inclusivity, mutual respect and a strong sense of belonging.
After an exciting series of matches, IPSB Data Collection emerged as the Champion of the Inter-IKRAM Bowling Tournament 2026, followed by IPSB Laboratory in second place, while IPCSB Pavement secured third place. The achievements reflected not only the teams’ bowling skills, but also their teamwork, coordination and competitive spirit throughout the tournament.
Following the competition, all employees gathered for lunch together, providing another opportunity for informal interaction and networking among colleagues from across the IKRAM subsidiaries. The programme concluded at approximately 2.00 p.m., leaving participants with memorable experiences and strengthened connections with one another.
