Kajang, 22 October 2025 – IKRAM WORKS SDN BHD (IKRAM) successfully organised the Forum Antirasuah dan Pengurusan Perolehan Terbaik bersama Profesional Kejuruteraan Tahun 2025, a meaningful initiative aimed at strengthening integrity, transparency, and accountability within the engineering and construction industry.
The forum brought together professionals, staff, and invited guests for an engaging session focused on promoting ethical governance and best procurement practices. The event was graced by distinguished representatives from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), including PKPj Westmoreland Anak Ajom, Head of Private Sector Branch, Community Education Division, MACC, and other officers who shared valuable insights on corruption prevention, integrity in public and private sector procurement, and ethical decision-making in project management.
In his opening remarks, Dato’ Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Taufik bin Haron, Chief Executive Officer of IKRAM WORKS SDN BHD, emphasized the importance of upholding integrity and professionalism as the foundation of trust and excellence in engineering services. During the forum, Dato’ Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Taufik bin Haron also delivered a presentation titled “Memperkukuh Integriti & Tadbir Urus Melalui Implementasi Building Information Modelling (BIM)”. A significant highlight of the event was the Sesi Lafaz Ikrar Bebas Rasuah (IBR), where participants collectively pledged their commitment to integrity and anti-corruption principles. The session was followed by the signing of the IBR document, symbolizing IWSB’s firm stand against corruption and its dedication to transparent and responsible business practices.
Through this forum, participants also gained a deeper understanding of best practices in procurement management, risk mitigation, and ethical leadership in engineering projects.
