Kajang, August 7, 2023 – In an effort to bridge the gap between academia and industry, a group of lecturers from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) paid a visit to IKRAM Works Sdn Bhd (IWSB) on the 7th of August, 2023. The event aimed to foster a stronger relationship between the two entities and explore potential avenues of collaboration.

The visit commenced with an opening address by the chairperson of the event, Mr. Mohd Farhan Bin Hasan, setting the stage for a day of productive discussions. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Taufik Bin Haron, the CEO of IWSB, warmly welcomed the UTHM delegation and highlighted the company’s capacity and capabilities, including its core services.

During the event, Ts. Mohd Yazip Matori, General Manager of IKRAM Paves Sdn Bhd, shared insights into the industry landscape, shedding light on the potential collaborative opportunities that could benefit both UTHM and IWSB. Mr. Mohd Farhan Bin Hasan then delivered a comprehensive presentation introducing the various aspects of IWSB.
